It used to be that electronic stores carried a good number of the type of smaller batteries needed for a variety of things from toys, to watches to hearing aids. Now many don’t have much of a selection and when they do? They can be kind of pricey. Thankfully the internet gives you the ability to search for replacement batteries and in many cases even with shipping costs, it’s cheaper than buying locally. I don’t recommend buying specialty batteries in large numbers though, unless you know for certain you’ll use them because batteries like most everything else, have an expiration date.
